Dale F. Elliott
FCM Advisory Group was founded by Dale F. Elliott, who has over
thirty years of operating experience with small, mid -sized and large companies
spanning a wide variety of disciplines and industries. Areas of direct
experience include manufacturing, marketing, general management and serving as
Chairman, President and CEO of a publicly traded multi billion dollar Fortune
500 firm.
During his career he has successfully managed significant
restructuring programs, integrated acquisitions, performed due diligence and
completed divestitures. This came after early success in driving profitable
growth through new products, new markets and new customers. His background
includes significant achievements in serving international markets, notably
Europe and the Far East, as well as familiarity with a wide variety of consumer
durable products and channels of distribution.
The business was started in part to answer a question that is asked
frequently in small and medium sized firms. How do we sustain our growth in
sales and profitability over time? Mr. Elliott learned, after years of first
hand experience, that the root cause of many issues can be traced to a failure
to recognize outdated or inadequate processes. This leads to declines in
effectiveness and efficiency and ultimately a declining customer base. This
provided the inspiration to develop the “Full Circle Management
Process”.
Our goal is to provide firms with real world insight into how to
address issues that are standing in the way of progress. This starts with
providing a clear picture of how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of
the operation and ensuring that the entire organization is aligned and committed
